The Stardust neon sign, 188 feet tall was erected in 1967 replacing the original circular Saturn like neon sign.

Then in 1991, the font on the sign was changed from its former “Cosmic” lettering to a basic Futura font. The casino and hotel are now long gone, but most of the signage remains at The Neon Museum.
